    OWNER / DIRECTOR

    Michael Hiram is a seasoned hospitality veteran with over 20 years of restaurant experience, most notably at Michelin star restaurants AnnaLena and Burdock & Co and now as the current General Manager and Wine Director of Dear Gus Snack Bar. Michael acts as the client liaison and provides valuable insight into the analysis of the financial reports that can affect the bottom line of restaurants, be it through labour, cost of goods or general revenue. As you might have guessed, Michael also enjoys wine to the fullest extent and loves to visit the restaurants we support to get to know the staff better!

    CONTROLLER

    Danielle Colter has over 25 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting throughout a number of different industries, including property management, oil & gas and now, hospitality. The bulk of her time was spent in Calgary, Alberta but she moved (back) to Vancouver in 2017, beginning work as a senior bookkeeper for a local restaurant group. Now having 8+ years in the hospitality industry, she isn't looking back! She loves supporting great restaurants and creatives to better their understanding of their business' performances. But mostly, she loves visiting for a cheeky beer at the bar!

    A/P & INVENTORY SPECIALIST

    Mike Hood is a highly efficient financial and operations professional with a diverse background spanning multiple sectors, including hospitality, procurement, and bookkeeping. Currently, he serves as an Accounts Payable & Inventory Specialist at Hiram Management, a position he has held since November 2023. In this role, Mike manages key financial responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting, inventory analysis, and account management. When he isn't cooking the books, he's making sure to debit his Meals & Entertainment expense and enjoy the treasures of Vancouver.
